It is mandatory to get your house wiring inspected every 5 years. We provide this service for your dwelling.

Upon completion of an inspection and testing, a private landlord is required to adhere to the following obligations:

1. Obtain a report from the individual responsible for conducting the inspection and test, detailing the findings of the inspection and test as well as the date of the next inspection and test.

2. Provide each existing tenant of the residential premises with a copy of the aforementioned report within 28 days of the inspection and test.

3. Provide the local housing authority with a copy of the report within 7 days of receiving a written request for it from said authority.

4. Maintain a copy of the report until the next inspection and test is due, and provide a copy to the individual responsible for conducting the next inspection and test.

5. Provide any new tenant of the specified tenancy with a copy of the most recent report before they occupy the premises, and provide any prospective tenant with a copy within 28 days of receiving a written request for it from said tenant.
